Service/Maintenance Plans

At Service Professionals, we offer a range of maintenance plans designed to keep your home’s plumbing and HVAC systems running smoothly all year long. Our goal is to provide peace of mind by ensuring every essential system in your home is properly maintained, preventing costly repairs and maximizing efficiency.

Basic Plan

• $20 per month
• 12-month contract term
• 10% Service Professionals discount on any service
• Priority booking guarantee (Guaranteed service within 48 hours of call)
• Free yearly visual plumbing inspection

Silver Plan

• $30 per month for one heating and one AC system
• $10 for each additional system
• Covers preventative maintenance tune-up 
• 12-month contract term
• Includes standard filters and a maximum of 1 pound of refrigerant (R22 refrigerant not included)
• For boilers, this includes cleaning off burners and replacing the thermocouple if needed
• 5% Service Professionals discount on any service not included in your plan
• Priority booking guarantee (Guaranteed service within 48 hours of call)
• Free yearly visual plumbing inspection

Gold Plan 

• $45 per month for one heating and one AC system
• $10 for each additional system
• Covers preventative maintenance tune-up
• 12-month contract term
• Includes standard filters and a maximum of 2 pounds of refrigerant (R22 refrigerant not included)
• For boilers, this includes cleaning off burners and replacing the thermocouple if needed
• 10% Service Professionals discount on any service not included in your plan
• Priority booking guarantee (Guaranteed service within 48 hours of call)
• Free yearly visual plumbing inspection

Notes/Terms 

• Customer must supply Service Professionals with a credit card, which will be held on file and charged on the first business day of each month.
• The contract will automatically renew at the start of the new contract year, unless the customer chooses to opt out prior to the end of the current contract term.
• Discounts are applied to service work only; installs and oil systems are excluded.
